The Simone Battle Foundation is a SUICIDE INTERVENTION and MENTAL WELLNESS program development project for young women in entertainment careers. We are built on the platform of protecting, and exercising wellness. The Simone Battle Foundation aims to guide young people to practice healthy lifestyles that maintain well rounded existences to achieve inspired goals.
The Simone Battle Foundation is committed to research that reveals preventative strategies against mental depression and suicidal behaviors for young women in entertainment careers to maintain their self- identity, their values, and authentic artistic expression while coping with life situations. We aim to foster positive self -images and relationships that sustain respect, dignity and appreciation for ones impact on the world.
The Simone Battle Foundation is working to ensure that young women who are pursuing a career in the entertainment industry and coping with mental depression get intervention and education before they are at the breaking point and resort to suicidal behaviors. The Simone Battle Foundation empowers women to be educated by providing them with support networks and equipping them with skills, knowledge and habits they need to safely succeed in their career. By helping depressed women develop coping strategies, we are formulating inclusive diverse programs that address day to day issues and concerns. Our long term comprehensive approach, driven by the goal of mental wellness inspires young women to overcome challenges. We are striving to break the cycle of young women taking their lives over being depressed.
“Always remember you are not alone and there is a light at the end of every tunnel. We are all in this together.”
